I believe i called this upset after navy's first game against ohio state. Will provide thread later. Navy beats national ranked Notre Lame. Shout out to Robinson Alum Craig Schaefer for the game winning safety. Bye bye notre dame, ya done son.BCS PEACE OUT.

Notre Dame is one of my favorite collegiate football teams, period. I'm happy that Navy won though :-)
Navy is amazing this year, and I don't think they'll have much of a problem with Army the way it's going so far.

Look at what Weis has done at Notre Dame since taking over and compare it to what Nick Saban has done in Alabama over a shorter amount of time. Charlie Weis is a fraud. He can't beat ranked teams. He is a complete fraud and it is time for the ND AD to wake up and fire his ass, contract or not.

Look at who Notre Dame has beaten this year...
Nevada - A strong WAC team...but it's the WAC and it's not Boise State. Unranked.
Purdue - Unranked, 4-7 record...and Notre Dame NEARLY lost this game.
Michigan State - Unranked. 6-5 record. ND could have lost this one.
Washington - Unranked. 3-7 (OT win)
Washington State - Unranked. 1-9
Boston College - Unranked. 7-3
Notre Dame hasn't beaten a ranked team this year. It's been beaten by two unranked teams (Michigan and Navy), one without a winning record. It has only two victories against what would be considered quality teams (BC and Nevada). Yes, Jimmy Clausen has "flourished," but it has only been because his arm has been called upon in the 4th quarter to try to compensate for Charile Weis's shitty game management.
When this season is done, Charlie Weis needs to be fired, along with anyone (AD, involved regents, etc) associated with his ridiculous 10-year contract.

Yeah, really. Why in the hell do you give a new coach a 10 year contract before he's even had a chance to prove if he's worth it? That's called bad management (or desperation). Maybe if Weis had a proven track record like JoePa or Pete Carroll you could justify such a long term deal, but not fresh out of New England...
