Miz still has a few potential criminal charges if the statutes of limitations haven't run out:

1. The Morenos were under a non-disclosure agreement for eesh's computer examinations, which they deliberately violated in order to make public false defamatory accusations about porn being found (needless to say, there wasn't any porn). This would amount to contempt of court and potential forfeiture of the judgment.

2. Violation of Code of Virginia § 18.2-460 The Morenos harassed and intimidated at least four witnesses during the eesh trials, including taking photos of witnesses leaving the courthouse. They even repeatedly harassed and defamed several family members of witnesses.

3. Violation of Code of Virginia § 18.2-178 The Morenos conspired with the Leiser Law firm to obtain money by false pretenses from Monique. Sharon directed David Trinnes to send Lizzie a fraudulent bill which she was under no obligation to pay. Lizzie objected and Trinnes claimed it was a mistake, but the firm subsequently sent her yet another duplicate bill.

4. Violation of Code of Virginia § 18.2-386.2. The Morenos repeatedly posted nude images in a deliberate effort to harass people, in violation of the same law for which Miz and Megan tried to nail eesh. Whereas eesh got off due to lack of intent, the Morenos explicitly stated their malicious intent.

5. Violation of Code of Virginia § 18.2-152.6 Theft of Computer Services. The Morenos continue to access and post on the Fairfax Underground service without permission, despite being explicitly banned from doing so.

The above are just the criminal charges. There are numerous injured parties who could sue the Morenos for libel and damages in civil court. There's also the matter of Sharon's security clearance, which demands higher standards of integrity and behavior than simply not getting arrested -- but it appears she is no longer working.

Eesh won.

In a war with no winners eesh had the biggest loss in theory, the Moreno parents had the biggest out of pocket loss, Lizzie got the most jail time (and redefined winning), and Miz had the most trashed reputation. The Leiser Law Firm's hopes for revenge on FFU went down in flames.
