California state legislators have approved a bill to force presidential candidates to reveal five years’ worth of tax returns before they can be included on the state’s primary ballot.

So, CA is going to pass a law? As long as they ignore the Federal laws that have been on the books for decades, people will ignore any cute little rules they pretend to come up with.

As a practical matter, CA will either follow the FEDERAL rules or their state will be excluded from the electoral college totals. I know you whiny libs are really bad at math and facts, but let's just say you are shooting yourselves.

About +4 million in CA. They lost some of that on average across the US so end up at around +3 net. But basically all of that comes from coastal CA, NYC, and Chicago.
