I have lived 27 years with cooking fuel, live 3 months with some dumb black guy, and now i can't cook fucking dinner. These people are good 4 nothing

The gas company doesn't shut off fuel for a bill two weeks late. Plus, none of the utility companies I have dealt with in this area shut off services for a delinquent bill. They usually put collections on your credit report and if you own a home, they will put a lien on it.


Edit: When I was renting a townhouse with a roommate, he was over a year delinquent with the water bill, they never shut off service but came after the landlord.
Only the cable and telephone company turn off services.

Oh yeah, "lien" not lean.

there are two studios in my brownstone, and each floor (4) has its own account. He's been here for 5 years, I just moved in. I just pay him my share and he "officially" pays the bill. I hope that is clearer. It is impossible to divide the brownstone up into eight separate accounts. It he was on this floor for five years. I can not divide one account into two...there is only one account per floor. It's not my mother either, jackhole.

i had a black roommate in college. i wouldnt say all of them are unreliable thats stereotypical and i cant say that all of them arent based on one experience. what i experienced from this one guy was that he dirtied showers very quickly and eats all of your food. he said that blacks need grease in their hair for it to grow. and he truly liked bananas

LOL, I know the grease which you speak of. I can't remember it's exact name, but it's a balm like substance. They also have "Afro Sheen" which my friend sprayed into my hair once lol, it basically has the same effect as hair spray (At least on "White Hair").

i knew someone once who lived with black girls in a shared house, and she said that everything in the bathroom was coated with hair grease, and the house constantly stank of catfish.

Funny, one of my roomates in college was black and he never used that grease shit. Plus he is one of the most responsible people I know. Sorry to ruin the stereotype.

On the flip side, we had a black dude working for us around 1999/2000 and he was a worthless as they came. He eventually went to work with the DC government where I've heard he is thriving. If that says anything.

I work with several black people and most of them are dedicated, hard working, conscientious and responsible. There is one person who is a real slacker. I also work with a number of white people and most of them are dedicated, hardworking, conscientious and responsbile, however, there is/are 1 or 2 that are slackers.

After reading the exalted rhetoric on the laws of reasoning, I am not totally confused as to how to characterize whether black and/or white people are responsible or not.

As an impartial person from another country, and someone who lived in the USA...I have witnessed what you said about the Black Americans in Whites, Latinos and Asians. You are all guilty. The exception to that is Ethiopians. Even Ethiopians who are 2nd generation and are Americanized are never like that. I have had bad experience dealing with u guys. Not all of you are bad, but there are alot of people.

I'll go along with that. Ethiopians around here do seem to be conscientious, and a bunch of Americans do seem to be slow lazy and dependent.
