Antifa democrats latch on to another losing issue, party rapidly going down the tubes....
Posted by: Poll Lock ()

Only 1 quarter of registered voters thing confederate statues and monuments should be torn down or removed. Over 60% think the monuments should stay in place as they are.

Sucks to be a democrat who's party is under siege by the radical, antifa anarchists. It's like the whole "grassroots" Occupy protests that cost the dems the House and Senate.

Good bye democrat party. You'll still kick butt in NY and CA, but otherwise, you're going straight down the toilet like a big, smelly turd.

LOL

"The NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll asked voters if Confederate statues should remain or be removed. Sixty-two percent of the poll’s participants said that the statues should remain. Only 27 percent of the participants believe the statues should be removed."

Even worse...

When asked whether Confederate monuments should remain or be removed because they offend some people, blacks are 44% for leaving them alone, 40% for removing them.

lmao

We can assume almost everyone who said, "don't know" also supports leaving the monuments in place. Probably 10% of those who thought they should be removed lied because they didn't want the pollster to think they were racist. The real numbers are more like 73% support leaving the statues alone, 23% support tearing them down or moving them and the rest don't care at all.

It's amazing who out of touch the democrats have become. They have turned the party over to San Francisco elitists, Silicone Valley extroverted freaks and Maoist anarchists. It's both beautiful and mind-boggling to watch.

Half of Americans support them

But they're almost all in CA and NY. IL goes blue because of Chicago. WA goes blue because of Seattle and Redmond. Oregon goes blue because of Portland. These cities vote democrat 80/20. So the democrats will continue to win 10 or so states, but they become less and less competitive in the other 40 in the process. The GOP has a lock on 52 seats in the Senate now according to the Cooke Report. Expect that number to continue to grow. They have total control of 27 state governments, 34 governors and 32 legislatures after last November. They will again control the 2020 census and voting boundries in those states.

Hell, Northam can't put Gillespie away and Gillespie is a zombie.

Wake up democrats! You can't embrace BLM, antifa and abortion up to the 9th month and expect to get a majority of Americans across the country.

Blue collar Democrats in Ohio voted overwhelmingly for Trump. Ask them how they feel about illegal immigration and more gun laws.

Who knows
I doubt trump will help them like they thought he would
When they realize their 40K factory jobs aren't coming back where will they turn?
Neither side is offering much - repubs are for free trade and big business and libs seem to be for the east/west coat agenda

Ohio has a 5% unemployment rate and factory jobs are plentiful. Once again now, ask them how they feel about illegal immigration and new gun laws.

We're not a democracy. So one man, one vote isn't how we elect our president. It was wise indeed. Instead of having four or five large metropolitan areas selecting a president that the majority of the other states didn't support, we have a model that equalizes the disparity of the states so that the needs and views of the large cities don't overwhelm the needs and the views of the rest of the country. It's really quite genius and one of the primary reasons that this country has been able to cobble together a government made up of 50 different nation-states and territories. No other nation has ever been able to do that without the force of a king or emperor.

The media is tricking them again into thinking they are normal. When the GOP wins the midterms again they will induce suicide.

You can bet Trump is already working on a even more entertaining and trap laden campaign for 2020 that will have the media and Libtardz appoplectic .

Correct. See "tyranny of the majority."

Quote

"If a majority are capable of preferring their own private interest, or that of their families, counties, and party, to that of the nation collectively, some provision must be made in the constitution, in favor of justice, to compel all to respect the common right, the public good, the universal law, in preference to all private and partial considerations... And that the desires of the majority of the people are often for injustice and inhumanity against the minority, is demonstrated by every page of history... To remedy the dangers attendant upon the arbitrary use of power, checks, however multiplied, will scarcely avail without an explicit admission some limitation of the right of the majority to exercise sovereign authority over the individual citizen... In popular governments [democracies], minorities [individuals] constantly run much greater risk of suffering from arbitrary power than in absolute monarchies..."

Up until Hillary lost, libtards used to appreciate the implications of a system of pure majority rule.
