Barcelona Terrorist Attack

Van with at least 2 men drove up on pedestrian plaza in Barcelona, Spain running over people. Police say terrorism. Two people dead per 1st reports.
Perps are armed & relocated to bar/restaurant where they are holding people hostage.
Unclear if perps are Islamist, Basque separatists, or other.

Liberals have had a death grip on power within Spain since the transition from the Franco dictatorship's end in the 80's. It's been all down hill from there, as Spain has suffered rapid inflation, over 20% unemployment and a huge trade deficit. The spanish have never been keen on letting too many of the mud people in, but Liberals are sure to act softly to acts of terrorism. Look what happened after the Madrid bombings. They went belly up, and pulled out of Iraq.
