Obdulia Sanchez, 18, is accused of driving under the influence during the horror crash in Stockton, California.

She filmed herself at the wheel while her sister Jacqueline and a pal, 14, sat in the back on Friday, police said.

The grim footage shows Obdulia losing control of the car and smashing into barbed wire on Highway 165.

Later, she is seen shaking her sister’s lifeless body, saying: “I killed my sister, but I don’t care.

“I killed my sister. I know I’m going to prison, but I don’t care. I’m sorry baby.”

Relatives said Jacqueline was preparing for her 15th birthday celebrations.

“She was in the back seat of the vehicle and allegedly unseatbelted, and upon the vehicle rolling over, it ejected her and killed her,” Sheriff Vern Warnke said.

That sort of thing tends to happen when you are too cool to put a seatbelt on. Never understood the logic behind not buckling up.

I think she meant she didn't care that she was going to jail. Definitely in shock but I have no sympathy with this girl. I do her sister who died. What a shitty legacy for everyone to see you like that. Who the fuck doesn't wear a seatbelt?

I drove by an accident once. Car swerved and hit the railing. Two passengers flew out and were mangled in the railing, broken every which way and dead. They all would have walked away without a scratch and they probably could even have driven the car home. Accident report= No seatbelts.

She's standing over her sister. The top of the sister's head is facing upwards. Basically it's split open across the top of the forehead. You can make out the eyes but one in particular is not where it should be. The older sister is taking selfie video shaking the younger sister's body's saying stuff like "I killed my little sister, I'm going to jail, I don't give a fuck."

It's all really weird, I could have sworn it was fake at first.
