old hood with sidewalk

the craftsman columns are well done well but thin: careful because they appear to be attached to the structure in such a way if the concrete block sinks at a different rate than the foundation it'd pull siding, allow water in, and worst case pull the house frame out if the columns (failed/moved/slab_sinks)

the chimney doesn't look like it's high enough over roof, but does have a spark arrestor

"be ware of moreno" sign on fence requires a permit from gerry connelly ! remove it.

beign that age, and being maybe a "Ryan Home", if the home has fiberglass insulation (likely) it's probably toasty by now (moldy), and should be checked and or removed

there appears to be a bulge above the garage door

either the tried leaving for vacation without taking the luggage carrier off, or there was house settling (not that unusual, and usually not pulled back into square unless selling)

this might get a neighbor complaint ...

some screens are black (fiber/plastic) some aluminum but older. mix-matching the two is a street side offense !!

if it hasn't already ...

the water runoff (door front) dumping right on the corner of slab will cause the slab to sink, in most cases

best thing is to get it 10' from house - with that front grade the lawn should be fine with that

That is the one place where they claim they don't have a camera for their webcam.

Even then, it is amazing the amount of depravity those people document themselves.
