More people die in this country every year from malnutrition than were killed in the 9/11 attacks. More people will die from the flu virus this year than were killed in every US terror attack over the last twenty years combined. The GOP social agenda poses a greater and more eminent threat to the the lives of US citizens than Islamic fundamentalists. One thing we know for sure, it won't include any sacrifices for them personally.

Sure cut food stamps but be warned very hungry people tend to take very drastic measures to not starve to death!! The rich might want to build higher walls and hire more security for their gated communities!!

Every election cycle politicians campaign on promises to not cut health care, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, or other social programs that help the working class and when the election is over those promises go out the window. Why do middle class, working class, and the working poor always believe them? Paul Ryan has been trying to change Medicare to a voucher system for years now but somehow he gets elected by the very people he is trying to screw. Republicans will not be satisfied until working people have nothing left and their wealthy masters own everything.

Rich Ivy-League Politicians Plan To Get Working Class To Act More Like the Complacent Slaves They Miss:

1) Take away their rights to vote and representation through Gerrymandering and voter suppression so they can't hold you accountable.

2) Destroy public education so they can't compete with your well educated kids sent to wealthy private schools.

3) Destroy unions so the working class has no power outside of government to fight for a fair share.

4) Destroy the social safety net so they will all be desperate to take any pay no matter how ridiculously low paying.

5) Blame lots of other groups like immigrants, liberals, socialists, poor people for the working class problems to divert their attention from the ever bigger share those at the top are taking.

6) Destroy the working class and poor's trust in education, science, and the free press so they won't listen to anyone smart enough to see through this obviously evil plan and just keep accepting the scraps you are willing to give them.

Boy politicians sure do hate the less fortunate. They could pay for most of this stuff if they would quit paying for endless war around the world. The blueprint calls for $622 billion in defense spending — more than the White House proposed.

American politicians of both isles are beholden to the top 1%. The poor, the elderly, the sick, vets, the disabled, the unemployed, the under-employed, those working two or three jobs, and anyone who isn't worth millions doesn't matter.

Americans who are poor, sick and defenseless get no help but there is no problem with money for never ending and unwinnable wars in countries where we have no business.

They don't care what's best or right or fair or even what works. All they care is about is money. Cut taxes for the rich, cut social programs to the bone, change everything to a privatized fee structured system where well-favored industries can make a profit and that's it. How can anything be bad if the rich are better off?

The top 1% is getting richer and we 99% are paying for it. Can't believe so many people fell for all the nonsense about helping the middle class. And all it took was to say immigrants are bad and I'm building a wall. What a bunch of suckers.

I think people that have lost everything will do whatever it takes to put food on the table for their families. I would hate to be a representative or a senator from a poor district, when these voters find out they were screwed by their reps.

Slash social programs and give the 1% huge tax breaks. Sounds about right. 622 Billion in defense spending. I guess we gotta feed the military industrial complex instead of feeding poor hungry children. Sounds like good Christian values.

The rich need another trillion dollar tax break because a trillion dollars doesn't go as far as it used to. Politicians think the poor have too much money. The rich don't have enough. They think it's time to redistribute wealth from the poor to the rich.

They want to give seniors a voucher that will pay for 50% of their medical costs (probably too optimistic) so they can get rid of the estate tax and AMT for the wealthy. Just to remind everyone, according to Trump's cherry picked 2005 "leaked" tax return, elimination of the AMT alone would have saved him 31 million dollars that year, and his tax rate would have gone from 28% to 5%.

First dehumanize the poor and working poor, then make them out to be criminals and last of all take away any safety nets and starve them to death. Screw the people who voted for you, we need more walls and bombs! Make the defense contractors great again!!!

If a few million people have to starve to give more money to a few rich donors then so be it. Deny people a living wage, affordable housing, food and healthcare. Allow the police to stop and confiscate (civil forfeiture) their money and personal property. Shoot and kill private citizens on the premise that they were afraid and insist that every citizen own a gun and be able to carry it wherever they wish... What could possibly go wrong with this plan?

When, when, when are working class/middle class white people going to realize that Republicans and Democrats are both parties of the wealthy? They do not give a rat's #$%$ about you--never really have.
