When will ffxu finally get deep 6'd?
Posted by: enemies in all quarters ()

There are many many people who would like to see this site shuttered for good. The Morenos, Leisers, David Trinnes, Meade and a few people I know with security clearances who are registered users to name but a few. How much longer can the fun last?

Fuck off Miz, or whoever you are. This site is good entertainment and isn't going anywhere. Sharon Moreno does not have a security clearance, and she and Miz both love the site as an excuse to bait and antagonize eesh. Leisers don't care at all, and Trinnes actually referred to this drama in his official bio. I seriously doubt anyone with a security clearance would post here.

Even if it did go away, and you were under review/getting a clearance, wouldn't you still have to report your usage on this site on the paperwork?

No. Usage of this site or any other does not need to be reported, ipso facto. You would report online interactions with foreign persons, with the same conditions/caveats as if they were in-person interactions.

For how long though? we'll have to wait and see where the Consolidated Appropriations Act lands on the matter of social media and consequentially "public forums" like the under ground.

This only applies to publicly-available information. That means anything that can be seen without a password. Unless you are a suspect in a criminal investigation, you will not be asked for your password. More to the point, there is no requirement to disclose your user name or on-line "handles" when filling out the paperwork for an investigation or reinvestigation. So theoretically you can post here as "Goatfuckerer2" and not be required to disclose it. If, however, an investigator became aware during the course of the investigation that you posted questionable material here using that name, they would definitely ask you for an explanation.

Furthermore, if someone such as Sharon Moreno had a clearance, and posted here after being banned in violation of the rules, they would be asked to explain themselves--if and only if the investigator somehow got wind of it. Anything posted to the public is fair game.

FIFY.

Miz has a history of being suicidal, which is usually a good indicator he will try again. All the other characters including eesh for the most part like the forum.

In addition to suicides, there is a good chance that when Lizzie is released from jail there will be some violence which may result in the death of her the other party. But there is no guarantee that Miz's suicide or some killing related to the site would cause it to be shut down.

Doesn't this count as "publicly available?". Can you imagine if eesh was applying for a clearance, and they did ask for his internet activity, including handles and passwords? That would be a very interesting conversation when they asked him about all of his posts on ffxu.

Again, they will not ask for passwords unless a crime has been committed. They won't ask for usernames either, but in eesh's case that is publicly known. Eesh hasn't been banned, so unless he posted photos of him engaging in illegal activity, there's no problem.

People most often get questioned about photos of them drinking while underage and using drugs.

The incarceration of Lizzie has done wonders. That made a huge difference and the site is 200% better now that she is gone. Miz still posts here regularly, but he usually gets shut down pretty quick when he crosses the line. His ongoing baiting and provocation of eesh is a bit annoying though.

https://www.cbc-law.com/team-members/david-m-trinnes/

Mr. Trinnes obtained one of the largest jury verdicts ever awarded for online harassment on behalf of his clients in Moreno v. Basl, et al., CL96073-00, (Loudoun Cir. Ct. 2016) (Stalking, Defamation, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress – $1,355,907.88 awarded by a jury). During this case he utilized evidence in computer and digital forensics to obtain numerous sanctions and spoliation findings for intentional destruction of evidence by the adverse party.

He's bragging about beating somebody who is too poor to afford an attorney. In his defense, eesh did get absolutely raped. $1,355,907.88 OMFG!

It's more than just bragging about winning a case against someone too poor to afford an attorney. He's effectively bragging that he took money from clients when they had absolutely nothing to gain, regardless of the verdict. That shows his greed and lack of concern for clients' best interests.

It was Bill Clinton presidency that turned the internet and traceability into a LAN you attach to regulated by police and your local politicians

They tore down traceability so crooks like them could hide from the public.

Lizze goes to confront miz, things get ugly, lizzie loses her shit and reflexively shoots miz. Police converge, and the little monkey realizes she's going back to the can for life. She decides to go out in a 'blaze of glory' ( I seem to recall she was using such terminology right before her 9/11 chimpout) and engages SWAT team in a shootout.

Thsi would not cause FFU to shut down; however, the moronos might try to sue FFU. (Won't work, but the lawyers would get some much-needed money.)

The legal community will remember how a local law firm bilked a gullible elderly couple out of thousands of dollars on a worthless lawsuit.

Sorry, but because it was an "unopposed victory" and no precedents were set, the case won't make it into any law school curricula. The case had no merit and would never have moved forward if the defendant had had legal counsel. Moreover it is highly likely the verdict will eventually be striken or discharged.

David Trinnes is free to brag to the general public as if he "won", but the case was as worthless as the verdict. The hourly fees collected from the Morenos paid for a couple months of drinking for Trinnes, and that's about it.

It is long ago in internet time... people have moved on and couldn't care less...heck people have moved on from 'daddy of five' and that was just two months ago....whereas the Morenos have fucked their nest-egg up for life...

As to the retards spending their retirement, well, it was worth it to them (Sharon via Wapo). Eesh is broker than them. He will lose the house when daddy passes and will walk the streets with a shit stained mattress tied to his back.

The shit-stained mattress belongs to Miz (see attached pic). It's an interesting question who is "broker". Eesh has to keep his income off the books lest the Morenos attempt to levy it. The Morenos for their part have to pay their shyster attorney every time they make another fruitless attempt to squeeze anything from eesh. This will continue until eventually the judgment is reversed or discharged in bankruptcy, either of which be yet another cost for the Morenos.

Even when the Morenos "win", what have they won? If it wasn't about the money, what did they accomplish? They showed they could pay tens of thousands of dollars to a sleazy law firm and get a worthless judgment against a defendant without an attorney. In the process they exposed themselves for being stalkers, liars, criminals, and general scumbags. Then William decided to shack up with another convicted pedophile, which removed any doubt whatsoever that Miz's posts were in fact indicative of his true nature all along.

Regardless of the verdict, the Morenos are definitely the losers in this war.
