You must have worked at one of the polling places. We were given the option, during the presidential election, of doing it electronically or paper ballot. I chose paper, figuring that, in the event of a recount, my vote might actually be recounted correctly!

Virginia was overwhelmed with voter fraud during the Presidential election. People that were not registered were (some how) allowed to vote. Votes were automatically changed on the screens of electronic voting machines, people admitted to voting in more than one district and, in some cases, they even voted more than one time in those jurisdictions.
