Have fun with another Iraq. Overthrowing Maduro's government is the easy part. Replacing it with a functioning government that does a good job of delivering services to its citizens and that recognizes the rights of those citizens is another matter.

That whole "delivering services" and "recognizes the rights" shit doesn't matter in the final analysis. All that really matters is the government are stable, and they keep the oil flowing so as not to upset the global economy. Worrying about all of that secondary and tertiary stuff is what got us in the mess with Iraq. If the people want all of that, they will make it work for themselves. You can't compare Iraq to Venezuela. Venezuela isn't exactly full of millions of people that adhere to a death cult that mandates they blow shit up.
