Which doesn't take into account the tax credits which are planned on the other side but not counted in the CBO analysis.

The plan is to have the new bill take effect in 2019. That way Republicans get credit for repealing Obamacare (popular with the base) and fixing the defects of Obamacare, but the pain won't be felt before the midterm elections.

Very convincing bullshit. Try explaining how tax credits will help a 64 yr old earning 55k overcome a $20,500 premium (that does not include co-pays or deductibles). So full of shit.

yes they are cowards. If this was a real 'fix' to help people why not implement it asap? If the ACA is crumbling (and it is because of the uncertainty) we need immediate reform - what is this wait 2-3 years shit about?!?
