Records released Friday suggest that Trump holds mortgages of at least $50 million on Trump Tower, the office building known as 40 Wall Street and the luxury resort Trump National Doral Miami. He also owes millions of dollars on other properties in Chicago, Florida and Washington, D.C.

All those properties generate income. I own rental properties with mortgages on them. Guess what? The rental income more than covers the monthly mortgage payment.

These are called rich people problems. Don't worry, you'll never have them.

Except in Trump's case those properties AREN'T earn a profit. That's a problem.

Do you fly the Trump Shuttle to all your properties?

Except that you're lying. They do earn a profit. Smart business folks carry mortgages as tax deductions.

This guy is the latest Teflon Don! Although, I don't think that he's doing anything wrong, but he always ends up smelling like roses! If you're not betting for him, you're betting against him. You're going to lose your money if you're betting against him!

He's more like Don Juan. Yes, I mean that as a Mexican reference! Bwahahaha!

Damn, you really aren't ashamed to look like a retard. Just do the fucking math. Single floors at Trump Topwer go for $1.5 Million per year. There are 58 stories in Trump Tower. That's $87 million per year or $7.25 million per month. A $50 million dollar mortgage will cost about $250,000/month.

Take a guess which number is bigger $7.25 million or $250 thousand.
