Dumb. A President's approval numbers always go up when they're OUT of office.

Why didn't you post G. W. Bush's from the same source that you pulled this from? lol 59%, i.e., within 4 of Obama's. Near the end of Obama's term in 2015, Bush's were higher than both Obama's and Hillary's. And his numbers are more even across the board and much less partisan that Obama's. The primary reason that Obama's are high are that 95% of libs approve while everyone else rates him much lower.
