Finally the coal industry is providing new jobs.

I visited the Virginia City Power Plant in St. Paul Va the summer it opened as part of teacher training sponsored by the coal industry. The seminar's goal was plainly stated, it was to promote the benefits of burning coal for power, and to have science teachers teach those benefits as part of the science curriculum. There are A LOT of benefits to burning coal. It was the most advanced coal burner in the country the day it opened.

In the intervening 5 years the name has changed to Virginia City Hybrid Center because...it now burns coal/biofuel for 117MW of the 600 she produces and natural gas for the rest I do believe. Natural gas is more profitable for power companies than coal. End of coal for awhile anyway. The execs of the center are straight forward about it too, "we are not going back to coal" and "no letting regulations on coal expire will not make it more competitive".

So as a scientist I can see that Trump has never listened to the energy experts, just like Hitler never listened to his generals.
