GE officials blame the move to Canada on the Export-Import Bank. It is essentially a government credit agency used to finance U.S. exports. GE officials say they rely on that financing to help sell their products abroad.
Speaker Ryan has slammed the Export-Import Bank as “corporate welfare,” and Congress let its charter expire in June of 2015.

by the way i highlighted that ages ago on ffu, that it's NY,NY who is refusing to credit usa workers and factories, and marking up imports for sale in franchises - it's ny,ny (and parts of the usa gov) that hates the usa
-------------------------------
what Americans aren't imagining is that in CHINA they have a Goldman Sach's that is pumping in free money ("unused debt" from America) to allow chinese to group together and obtain material to create business at NO COST
the usa paid a high price for it's right to open industries: world war II and countries owing USA $$$$ due to wwii
the fucking asians are counterfeiting money and opening factories using debt - which in other words means these countries have re-negged on all WWII debts and are in a debt war with the usa
why any usa bank ever says "NO" to any american opening a factor, in that kind of environment, is a wonder
