No not yet. But my parakeet keeps saying "Racially correct? Bangalore shot my brother after robbing a local retail place at night !!"
... the graphics look ok (lacking in the beauty department, but not bad either, definitely a hint of steam punk)
but 1st person shooters are - well - really old news
... i'm seeing allot more concept art than posted freeze frames: that usually means a game that can't stand on it's own legs (has a few good scenes, allot of junk filler)
and the theme: absolute slaughter and angry people, not too inviting

(low end reality)
a real scene from game: not much to cheer about
EA is (apparently, used to be, likely outsourced) a USA base game company. However their (labs) have often produced horrific looking 1st person shooters that are horrifically ugly graphic. They just don't have the wisdom it seems to work on beauty and character. Video games are scene by scene. If you don't have a strong scene that is top notch in every way? Don't bother making the next one. Waste of time.

Angry Joe was talked into doing two youtube spots: he didn't even offer a review rating any of the 3 times.

i wouldn't rate it either: it's a 1st person shooter late 1990's technology using a more modern "wide area 3D" graphics engine - but still old news
* graphics: pretty good, nothing to write home about
* music: nada
* story and entertainment: very little
* art: mostly concept art to help sales, not in game
* game engine: old 1st person shooter engine, slightly improved
