A serious medical question

It's starting to get cold outside, and I noticed that the chill makes my scrotum pull in real close. But even when it gets warm, they still aren't relaxed. It's been this way for a couple of days now.
Should I be worried?

a friend of mine had this same problem. the only way she solved it was by eating lots of black olives.
