Why do people act surprised when bombs go off in crowds!

Everybody knows that if your country accepts Muslim refugees then you are going to get blown up. Why do people scurry around screaming? It's humiliating. I think it's the medias fault they false advertise like the cigarette companies and advertise no danger from the refugees. They should be sued for endangering the public in a class action lawsuit. They are making money and engaging in commerce while peddling death.
