Not sure about cheeseburgers, but I know of a great great Orange Julius. You can find people indulging in it mostly in Southern VA and places like Manassas and Culpepper

Hard Times, Springfield, Fairfax or Old Town. You can get a cheeseburger or you can get a chili cheeseburger and other kinds of burgers, too. They have different kinds of chili, too.

Outback burgers suck. The buns are the worst.

He said he didn't want fast food burgers. 5 Guys has the best fast food burgers. Z-Burger/All About Burger is a close 2nd. You get better service at Z or AAB. One thing, though, the Mexicans in the one in Arlington are always screwing up your order. The manager there is this Iranian guy who always yells at them for screwing up people's orders. The Mexicans are polite to you, though.

I don;t know abbout any Z-Burgers in NOVA, but there's an All About Burger somewhere around Guison Boo-lay-bar and Lincoln or Monroe or something like that in Arlington.

Every time I've had a 5 Guys burger, I feel sick for a couple hours. They nasty. Wont go there anymore.

I finally got Fosters to toast their hamburger buns on a griddle with butter. They will do it by request at the Manassas and Marshall locations. This improves the burger tremendously and puts the Foster burger ahead of the 5 guy burger.

Shocker - Hidden Local Secret - But Absolutely True - the Best Cheeseburger in Fairfax County is at HopsFrog Grill in Burke.

I'm a health nut, work out regularly, and only eat red meat once a week. I also eat out at all the best restaurants in our area quite regularly with clients.

HopsFrog looks like a dive. You look at it read the name and think no fucking way. But it is true.

Been going there for years just to drink before heading home after work - never ate there out of fear.

Then one day this dude I've seen in there several times eating their cheeseburgers clues me in. He says they have the best cheeseburger in the area. Told me he drives all the way from up from south of Warrenton for their burgers.

So I try it. OMG! Dead on balls accurate.

I talk to the chef. I talk to the owner. Turns out they hand grind their own farm to table top sirloin, carefully season it, and make each burger to order (i.e. cooked exactly the way you want it).

Trust me - I've seen burger connoisseurs from all over the DC area come for these cheeseburgers. They totally fucking rock!

FYI and not on the menu - ask for your cheeseburger with an egg over easy/medium on top and holy fuck is it good. Big. Juicy. Fat and blood and yolk going down your forearms.

Only order it Tuesday-Sunday when Louis the head chef is on duty.

BTW: They also have the very best chicken breast sandwich in Fairfax. Pizza is pretty good too.
