Well it had lizzies name on it and eesh knows that name makes Miz anxious and upset given recent events, he's obviously trying to PROVOKE this poor innocent man.
Open and shut case, probation violation, make eesh pay for any past AND future legal bills for the morenos. I think the smart thing would be to ban him too, it's not fair for Miz to have to worry about him being here and posting things.

Except Miz should not be on the forum to see it. Miz is banned, and it would violate Miz's own probation for him to come on the forum. So if he admits it in court, he would be implicating himself.

The Morenos are trying to provoke eesh on a daily basis. All the death threats, cartoons about his deceased mother, calls to his probation officer, etc. The Morenos are obsessed with eesh. Unfortunately the Morenos are also still harassing other people as well.
