He was some careless college kid who allowed embarrassing images of himself to be posted online. Lots of people make this mistake. When he was assigned the case and started representing the Morenos he clearly didn't consider the possibility that, he too, would be targeted much the same way his clients had been. Per FFXU norm, his online presence was scoured for material to be used against him. Bottom line; he like so many before him simply didn't realize just how fucked up this place could be until it was too late.

At this point there's no way that Google can do much to stop these images from showing up in search results. As fast as David can file complaints with Google (and Cary) to get these taken down (provided they actually do get taken down) the trolls on this site can put them right back up along with lots of other clever ways to fuck with this man.

Since she is determined to fight cyber-bullying, perhaps she could take up David's cause.
