Unless I'm mistaken that recipe had been lost in the dark ages and to this day there is no way to replicate it. One of those old ancient secrets lost to time.

Currently, Maryland and California are the only states that have legislation outlawing flamethrowers, but it doesn't mean that you wont get in trouble doing stupid shit with it anywhere else.
