NBC Nightly News - Bad Hair Day

I'm watching that silly Today Show right now. After that sexy Ann Curry gives her news report, she asks Brian Williams (actually, she pretends to ask Brian Williams - he's likely in bed still and taped his short video last night) what's in store for tonight's Nightly News.

His 10 second preview was nothing more than to say that Chris Rock has produced and acted in a documentary about the hair of African-American women and you will find out more tonight!

I mean, wtf? This is what "we" have come to?

It must have been a slow news day. The Nightly News had a short blurb about how the Obama dog, Bo, had done #2 on Air Force 1. Real important, riveting stuff I tell ya.

The news business isn't dying because of competition from the Internets. It's dying due to its own laziness and feelings of self-importance.
