I think what's more plausible is ISIS may see the benefits of far right politicians to justify their own existence. Therefore they are doing what the Russians are doing these days. Use what resources they have to effect elections in western democracies for their own benefit.

Ironically, Russia and ISIS, the enemies of the west, benefit from rightards and they know it..
