Not in ur way...im too old and ugly with a small dick. Tell her you need to show her some corner of the shower that needs cleaned. It helps if you have a large walk-in shower. Once you get in, turn the water on and if she complains she is getting wet, help her to remove her clothing. That part I haven't figured out yet. I think she is the niece of one of the other maids (the rest are in their mid 40's).
