Yeah that's now their second recent failure? I don't think that's a coincidence.

I also wouldn't be surprised to find out the Chinese are deep with spies in NK and they sabotaged them. These tests are a major pain in China's ass.

I watched a special on this stuff where theycan do shit like this, pretty cool, im more unappreciative of computers nerds, dweebs and geeks.
