1. Make him remove his clothes.
2. Hold a gun to his head, chain him to a chair leaving one hand free
3. Play the Lizzie video on large screen TV
4. put a tight rubber band around his testicles
5. Hand a pen-knife and order him to neuter himself.
6. Feed him his nuts
7. Send a weasel up his ass
8. Force him to write 1-page apologies to all the people he stalked, harassed, defamed, and libeled.

Send him to North Korea and make him wear clothes that say I hate Dear Leader on them. Have it tattooed on him too in big old english letters.
