This asshole at West Springfield High School

There's this asshole at West Springfield high school who I think was held back. He's a senior but he's like 20. He cornered me in the hallway, licked his lips, and said "fresh meat." He slammed me into a locker, stole my lunch, and said that he ruled the school. He said "tell em Duncan Rail was here." Anyone know this jerk? Someone said that he hangs out with this other kid named Mouth who picks on the special ed kids.
