Seriously, what are you supposed to do if you find yourself in this situation? If drive on you get charged with a felony, no way they are going to let you off for saying "but I've seen multiple cases of black mobs attacking white drivers who did this". Even if you called the police and ambulance while you were driving away notifying them, you're still going to become a felon. YOu lose your vote, gun rights, etc.

Easier said than done, given that kids can just spring into streets. This is a black area, not much parenting going on. When I was a young kid I had to ask my parents permission to go across the street.
