It took over two years for the ACA to be passed and even then Nancy Pelosi still hadn't read it.

Ahh now it took over 2 years to get the ACA passed. I thought it was shoved down their throats. It's the Era of Trump. Vexxxed, when do you think your expiration date will be?

If you consider writing the bill behind closed and locked doors (like normal people would) rammed down our throats then yes, it was.

But if you believe the Republicans aren't getting anything done and dragging their feet as a sign of cowardice, well......you may well be the poster, Gerrymanderer2.
