Repeal and replace Obama Care has failed. Republicans cannot keep their promises and talk out of their ass. The vote has been postponed. Ryan and Trump lied when they said they had the votes in the House.

What a humiliating setback for Trumpkins and the Trump administration. Heard Spicer earlier during the press briefing. He seemed like he was at a loss for an explanation as to what is going on! At least he had his lapel pin on straight!
