Courts can and do incarcerate people for failing to pay off court orders. Especially when it's found someone CAN pay but continually fails to even acknowledge the money owed the court. Judges don't like that. eesh is rolling the dice by apparently not paying these sanctions. The judge is right, a simple job flipping burgers would keep incarceration from being a possibility as it reportedly is to date...

No. The court can not force eesh to pay the judgment. The court imposed fines/sanctions on eesh for his behavior in court and that is what the judge is ordering him to get a job to pay.

No, this is all about fiscal sanctions that were placed on eesh as punishment for violating the court order twice; one for $2314 and one for $7000.

From reading the transcripts above, eesh has to have paid $500 per month towards these when he goes to court in May or the judge is going to put him in the can.

However, since eesh has to get a job to get money pay those sanctions, you can bet your booty that thirty seconds after he gets one the Morenos are going to file to take a quarter of every dollar he's earning.

Trinnes has a real hate-on for eesh, and he's probably got the order ready to go except for the name and address of eesh's prospective employer.

Eesh needs to do some research and do enough work on a cash-payment basis to pay the sanctions. That is not that difficult. Apart and separate from drug dealers and criminals, there is an entire subculture of people who make a fairly decent living working off-the-books for cash only. Nevertheless it's best to pay the IRS something to keep them off your back.

Eventually eesh needs to get absolved of the judgment and that will require a real attorney who will probably want to be paid. So eesh needs to work and save money for that. A little research on the Internet will uncover myriad ways to work without a W-2 and squirrel away assets without using a savings account.

Documentation and preparation has always been a challenge for eesh, but he needs to get serious. Even if he comes up short with the cash, it would help if he can show the judge that he has applied for 4 or 5 jobs every week.

He conceded that he could pay as much as 100 dollars a month. He came up with that figure and told it to the judge on his own. Cherry picking or not, the part where the judge ordered eesh to pay $500/month seems pretty cut and dry especially the part where the judge makes it clear that eesh is not above the law and the court would take it as a direct affront if he did not comply. Judge specifically mentioned incarceration on a several occasions.

Everyone loves a train wreck and this ongoing insanity makes everyone not involved feel much better about themselves.

The reality is that the Morenos are the ONLY ones who care whether eesh has a job, how many courses eesh takes, and what eesh does during the day. The Morenos' pathetic lives literally revolve around eesh. The Moreno's infantile attempts to goad and provoke eesh, such as THIS VERY THREAD, are a testament to what losers they truly are.

To everyone else, eesh is entertaining. For that matter Miz is entertaining too. Miz and eesh are both train wrecks in their own way, but there's hope for eesh.

Eesh is actually on the right track for the most part. He has grown up and is not stalking or harassing anyone, unlike Miz. Eesh's biggest problem is overestimating his own legal prowess in the courtroom. Eesh needs to to retain legal representation and then follow his lawyer's advice or he could in fact end up in jail.

The irony of Sharon Moreno complaining about pornography is almost beyond belief.

If he had actually meant that, then why did Michael wipe his hard drive clean just four days prior to turning in his computer for inspection back in 2015? It shows that Monique Wells was actually telling the truth when she went to both the police and Leiser saying he had admitted it to her and that he'd wiped his computer of the evidence. He would only do this (which is illegal and the reason for the existence of this very thread and all those sanctions) if there was something on there that could put him in jail. He weighed the consequences: spoliate evidence (against the rules of discovery but not likely to bring any charges), or not…and face arrest for the swatting. No other reason he would've destroyed evidence so blatantly.

If eesh had enough money to hire his own expert witness they would have pointed out several exculpatory pieces of evidence, alternate explanations for the files in question, and noted that the there is no way to establish the accuracy of the dates given in the report. Any number of other experts could have torn it to pieces for only a couple $1000, but it's water under the bridge.

Eesh had the chance to introduce his own evidence. He had the chance to put on a case. He did neither. He submitted zero evidence and did not put on a case for the jury at all…just a closing argument. He only has himself to blame for losing so badly.
