Simple life Manhattan: a 90-square-foot microstudio
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZSdrtEqcHU

By choosing a studio that measures just 12 feet by 7 feet, Felice Cohen can afford to live in Manhattan's Upper West Side where apartments rent for an average of $3,600 per month. She pays just over $700 for her 90-square-foot microstudio. After a bit of adjustment she now loves living smaller, simpler and cozier.

Felice's book "90 Lessons for Living Large in 90 s.f.": https://www.amazon.com/Lessons-Living-Large-Square-Feet-ebook/dp/B01CM3XU0E

the question is is it real ? did you see any doorway showing it is not a closet door (the locks would be different, sherlock) ? did you see any rental papers ?

there is a stern question if it meets the minimal standards of a small bed room suiting the needs of a student or

she's either a little crazy or a democrat doing a "repeating the party line" video

it could be a propaganda video by powerful democrats to con viewers into believing that landlords can get away with charging most of owe's small paycheck for what isn't even a clothes closet in a large house owned by a typical rat government worker

#1 democrats run poverty ads - if people do not attack the democrats for it - they then spread the terror and raise their pay

be very careful what propaganda you consume. it could next be turned on you if you "accept it as probably true"

check the fact, ignore the bullshit

#2 call the fire department

did an art student decide herself to stack things to a tall ceiling ?

that shit is coming DOWN, and when it does it could very well cause a fire

oh wait - sorry - studio likely means "a small room she has un-related to her home"

anyway - i hope the landlord checks that shelving. i'm %100 certain her rental agreement says she has to ask for permission to do things like that she did
