Anyone experiencing this is free to sue the offending person/company/agency responsible, and according to the "deep pocket theory" you can start with the writer and go right up their chain of command which can also be held responsible for the work of their underlings.
Libs are stupid and do not know the meaning of personal responsibility so anytime you need a few quick bucks, if they start in on you take them to court. Just make sure you have recorded and collected the evidence first.
