The Library in the Fairfax County Courthouse is Basically a Homeless Shelter

I had to go there this afternoon to get a form; most of the people using the computers looked like bag ladies and runaway mental patients. Why do the security guards at the entrances let these people in with all these huge backpacks and gym bags?

People who are there using computers either are homeless or live in places that don't have computers or internet connections. If you went to the reserve materials on the second floor you'd see a different class of people.
