Let us look at facts. Davos was around January 19. The article is dated February 9, 2017 = three weeks later. If Soros had said that, wouldn't we have heard about it sooner.

While he said a lot of things in Davos, I can not confirm he actually said "‘I Will Take Down President Trump’.
