China is putting huge amounts of coal generation on line each year and will not decrease their carbon emissions one single bit until the year 2030. It is also the US demand for renewable energy that is driving their renewable energy manufacturing base. While I agree that China is the country that is benefitting from renewables it is not because of their unconditional commitment to renenewables, it is the crooked and idiotic negotiating skills of Obama that has placed them in this admirable position.
