Let's say some psycho cannibalized Meade. What would he taste like? Would he go well with A1 steak sauce?

No. Meade would be best prepared as a pulled long-pig version of Bill's Barbecue. Put him on a nice bun with cole slaw, a limeaid or sweet tea, and french apple pie for dessert.

He is definitely a pork/long pig dish. I was thinking a roast pig, but Bill's Barbecue (now sadly defunct) was a traditional Richmond delicacy, hence its appropriate.
