Actually since eesh showed up at the apartment with Monique, and he had a standing invitation, he could have avoided getting the PO if he had had an attorney. During the hearing the prosecutor asked eesh if Moreno wanted to meet him. Eesh of course was unprepared and could not provide the quotes from Moreno.

In retrospect it is pretty clear how Moreno used Monique first to bring him to the apartment which resulted in the PO being issued, and then he was with Monique at the horn-honking which resulted in the PO violation. A good or even halfway good defense attorney would have made mincemeat of the charges.

The girl who had her photos posted here hundreds of times, and had photos of her entire family and baby combined with pornography in a collage and posted here, numerous times. Remember that? Remember the threads saying the girl should die? The harassment got so bad that Cary had to ban her name and delete several threads about her and her family.
