William Moreno admits conspiring with convicted felon Christopher James Tator to commit trespass

William Moreno has admitted that it was in fact convicted felon Christopher James Tator who accompanied Monique Wells to Richmond, where they trespassed in eesh's backyard in an attempt to harass and intimidate eesh. Monique Wells even took selfies to document the event. Wells and Tator used Moreno's car to make the trip, and their mission had Moreno's full knowledge and consent.
Chris Tator was using an alias "Kris Askins" and living with William Moreno in Moreno's apartment in Fairfax. Although Tator was required to register as a Sex Offender and to inform the State Police of his home address, he failed to do so.
Chris Tator was living with Moreno and being sheltered from the law as he violated the Sex Offender registration requirements. Violent felons are also prohibited from using an alias, yet when the Moreno family and Chris Tator met with Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Meghan Fleisch, he was introduced as "Kris Askins".

no, they went in Chris Tator's car, and I knew nothing about it until later.
I also did my best to get rid of him in Fairfax. he was invited in by Monique, supposedly because he is homeless and lives out of his car…I told her I'm not running a charity and the fat fuck needs to leave; after the sex offender thing was revealed to me, I forced him out like the garbage he is.
