Unfortunately, Canada probably won't want them either. There have been a few stories about record numbers of inquiries about emigrating to Canada, but I haven't seen any about many actually making the move. Anyone care to speculate on the reason so many have looked into it, but not actually moved? I have my own ideas, but would like some others to do the homework too.
