Moonshiners, watch out! Here come the drones!

Virginia

"The FAA announced Monday that test sites for drones will be based in Alaska, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Texas and Virginia.

Drones are mainly used by the military, but businesses and farmers want to use them for commercial use. Law enforcement and universities want to them too."

The use of drones in the military has grown quickly in recent 3 years. Drone much effective and cheaper than military aircraft. One human control the drone, another human control monitors and operates the sensors and cameras. I don`t see armed drones, but my mini quadcopter, provide increased control ability all-around 4 axis - here`s this models jonsguide. This drone were designed to enjoy flying.

It's illegal to shoot down a drone with shells. I reccomend a BB gun or sandbags. I saw this one guy launch a pumpkin at a drone. LOL

Matter of fact, here's a link to the video.

Your average moonshiner is no longer someone operating out in the middle of the woods. He's more likely to be operating out of his basement or some similar structure where drone observation would be of minimal use.

My entire basement is a pot growing farm. I have it down to a science, literally. I also have a cooling system in the ceiling, which minimizes the infrared footprint to practically nothing. If they thermally scan my neighborhood my house would probably the last one they would search. I also have the basement boobie-trapped. I had the HVAC moved out of the basement just so when it comes time to repair or replace it I don't have to worry about someone coming to look at it.

so you're an exceptional fumbduck? Posting this on a forum controlled by FCPD doesn't speak well of your intellect. Fumbducker is high in you.
