A bizarre technical glitch interrupted The Washington Post’s David Ignatius during a Thursday appearance on MSNBC’s “Hardball” with Chris Matthews.

Ignatius was talking about President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet nominees taking “a hard line on Russia,” when a glitch made Ignatius appear to say “Russia” several times in succession.

The Deputy director of the FSB cyber command and a subordinate of his were arrested in December by men who came and put black bags over their heads and dragged them out. Then they disappeared and then the state officially charged them with treason.

Such high level treason charges haven't occurred in Russia since the Soviet Union.
