....and what happens to Moreno, who is obviously the one who posted the petition posted above my first post....isn't someone violating their order to stay off FfxU?

Not for the civil judgment, bonehead. For sanctions he racked up on the way to trial. He is on a payment plan and if he doesn't comply with that plan, he can go to jail and work off the fines in a supervised program behind bars.

William, you have been advised by your mental health professionals to stay off this forum. One of the conditions of your plea agreement was that you abide by all recommendations of your doctor. Since you are obviously violating that agreement, you could be sent to jail for the full 365 days of your suspended sentence.
