According to eesh's posts on Fairfax Underground, he has been free for several hours. He was in and out the same day. Evidently honking your horn at someone doesn't merit much jail time.

He was just up there for a conjugal visit with lizzie. Walked through the wrong door (he's never bee nthere as a visitor before), got booked, explained what was going on, was released and taken to lizzie cell, they fucked for fifteen seconds, and then eesh left and drove home.

Eesh was never locked up. It was a paperwork exercise after the jury reduced last summer's original 5 day sentence for honking his horn at the Morenos.

No conviction. You don't get released on bail after a conviction unless your a rich guy waiting for sentencing on a felony. Misdemeanors get sentenced immediately.

I guess that's why basl didn't get released on bail and was released because the sentence for a first conviction of violation of protective order is one day. Which is why he was released due to "sentence served".

If you're so smart why don't you show me the Fairfax charge that shows his arrest date from January 2017.

Do you hear yourself? He didn't get bail because he was stalking a guy who had a large lawsuit pending against him.
And beware of photoshopped court records. I've seen a few on here. I thought Basl was the only one stupid enough to risk the trouble for that because the fake records involved his obsession with Miz

The judge usually follows the guidelines. I obviously know more about the law than you. You thought someone serving their one day sentence for violation of protective order convictions was them getting out on bond.
