Can anyone name something positive that Obama has accomplished that didn't also have a negative affect?

The affordable care act (ACA - aka: Obamacare):
While it provided insurance to millions that didn't have insurance, the benefits are far greater outweighed by the financial burden it put on everyone else. Nobody was able to keep their existing health plan without major pricing hikes. The same was true about their doctor. Pre-existing conditions don't matter anymore, but that was also part of the pricing skyrocketing!

Cut the Deficit (come on - can anyone not LOL at this)
Expanded Hate Crime Coverage
Protect Felons from Hiring
Killed America's Manned-Space Program
Dumped Another $15 Billion in New Orleans (to build what they should have built with the billions they were already given)
Avoided Scandal (another LOL moment)
