I have been on this forum for about a year or so and I see lots and lots of posts about some guy named Meade Skelton. Tons of pictures of some weird looking white guy and always getting ripped a new one by posters.

Is he a real person or just an internet meme? Is he part of the eesh/lizzie/Miz/Megan wack pack? Does he ever post and if so under what name? Has he ever been locked up like many of the retards here? Is he actually the person who posts all his photos?

It all seems so strange, but then again this is FFU.

Meade Skelton is a real person who is mildly retarded and has some form of autism. With the assistance of his family and friends, Meade records himself playing a keyboard and singing--or attempting to sing. Charitable business owners have allowed Meade to provide live entertainment on their premises, and someone has produced a vanity CD of his work. Meade's periodic rambling posts on Youtube can actually be quite entertaining, though not necessarily in the same way he intends.

Perhaps unfortunately Meade has learned how to operate a computer and came here to this site in a clumsy attempt to "anonymously" promote his "music". This immediately earned him ridicule and enmity. However it was eventually established that Meade is a genuine retard in the literal sense, and the original vitriol subsided. Meade is now regarded as a harmless, if somewhat obnoxious, mascot of sorts.

Ironically, Fairfax Underground is responsible for a large percentage of Meade's fan following. People love to watch his moob-flexing stunts, discuss his latest antics, and comment on his physique, faux accent, and other physical characteristics. Some people even attend Meade's live events as a result of the publicity he gets here. Notable Fairfax Underground characters eesh and Karen Leiser, the sex-crazed attorney representing Miz, are both fans of Meade Skelton.

Wrong on all counts. Meade is not retarded. He has actually had his song "Sweet Tea" featured in blogs and he is considered a great underground musician. He is somewhat a controversial figure because of his stance on gays. He has also made some comments about "uppity negroes" at Krogers".

He has appeared in a feature film starring Lauren Holly and Luke Benward. Although he didn't have a speaking role he was a main focus of a pivotal scene towards the end of the film. He is well known and a Punk Rock band even did a song tribute to him called "Meade Skelton Birthday Party"

Technically, there haven't been any IQ test results posted, but there is no doubt Meade is not the sharpest tack in the box. Meade has not attempted any higher education, and his professional working career consists of holding a sign on street corner while dressed as the Statue of Liberty. There's something weird going on in that photo -- something weird other than Meade himself. It almost looks like his right leg is swollen or has a cast on it, or possibly there is something sstuffed down in the back of his pocket; not really sure what is up.

Whatever it is, that's the only photo that shows it. In Meade's other photos his hips look normal, just fat. It really looks like there is no underlying deformity with his hips. The bone structure is normal but Meade is fat.

I've seen a lot fatter. He is probably 30% bf. With his large- dare I say "big boned" framed, he looks much bigger, but not obese. He accumulates fat all over instead of just one area, which health wise is not as much of an issue, as it is a cosmetic one.

Actually if the shirt is part of a performer's country/western stage costume it would be considered acceptable. However the buttons are pulling and it is too small for someone like Meade with large breasts.

Meade's massive bulk is literally straining at the seams of his clothes. You can almost hear the threads groaning under the strain. If he bends over or sits down, he is in imminent danger of the ass of his trousers splitting open. They are at least 2 or 3 sizes too small.

Here are a few subtle clues to look for:

-His belt appears to be buckled in the last available hole
-The fly is pulling open rather than laying flat.
-Visible bulging of fabric throughout the entire area below waistband.
-Pockets pulling open, showing pocket lining.
-Waistband curling over due to bulging fat roll from above.

MS is a man-boy, not very bright to say the least but bright enough to craft coherent lyrics (more or less - let's leave out the Donald Trump song) and with a very pleasant, pure high voice that's actually gotten stronger in the last 10 years since I first saw "We Talk In Circles." He is not a very good piano player, then or now - he pretty much paws it and bangs it and uses it as an accompanyment to his vocals. He's like a singer who plays "A little guitar" but not good enough to really light up a room if he wasn't singing.

My feeling is he probably got the shit beat out of him as a kid, either physically or people making fun of him right from the start in school, for his weight, for his odd bearing, for his clothes, his haircut, all of it. Such people, to cope with the pain of being an outcast and especially going through puberty, early 20s and now, in Meade's case, almost 40 years old and still a virgin, frequently find solace in the church, who will literally take anyone but especially the poor, the suffering, the outcasts, the misfits, and tell them all they need to do is believe in Jesus Christ and they will find their reward in the next world.

I have seen him perform live, and while I'm really not a fan of his music, what impressed me most was his stage presence and very resonant, yet perhaps somewhat untrained vocals. His keyboard playing was adequate,and for the type of music he does, the instruments are really the backing and not the forefront. I mean, its Pop music, really. His piano playing is very good actually in some of the songs, I've heard. His weakness seems to be in his songwriting because most people don't relate to love poems to sugary drinks. His best song ever is "From The Outside Looking In". which really could be a hit in the right hands. Meade is not a commercial artist, and IMO, he would do really well at Branson or something. They take all ages and he would fit in there.

He's the only fat slob in his family.

If Meade actually spent the years since high school working as a 'professional musician' he would far more polished in front of a live audience than he is now.

That isn't true. Meade is a Seasoned performer who began seriously gigging in his early 20s and he has come a long way since then. Puts on a very good show. Very good keyboard player, excellent singer and songwriter. The only issue is he seems uncomfortable mixing and interacting with his fans after show. I guess that's his autism thing or what not.

I think Meade is a creative genius. He did say he went to community college on one of his blogs. I think he has at least a 120 IQ which is still considered bright.

Sarcasm aside , he really does have some very catchy songs! It's the lyrics that make a song great anyway. Meade also doesn't the have the annoying affected voice that some Country singers do. It's easy to listen to him. I put him up there with Randy Newman meets Ronnie Milsap .
