Kyle and his family are livid with all the posts about him and his alleged adventures as WSh LAX and will be suing William Moreno for false identification, slander and a host of other offenses. The Moreno crime family and the sleazer law firm have a new crusade to fight.

That would be nice if true and bring joy to many here, but it probably is just a rumor. There are a lot of people who have grounds to sue the Morenos, but it simply isn't worth the effort. This is just an obscure message board and nothing posted here causes any concern for most normal, non-insane people.

It is possible that more than one boy named Kyle went to WSHS and played LAX. It is also possible that one of them was a LAX GOD but did not play for his school.
This could all be cleared up if there were a site somewhere on the www for boys that pretty much ruled their school.

As you can see, Kyle Presnell is the only boy named Kyle on the lacrosse team for the past 8 years.

He has such self-hatred, that he developed a dissociative disorder. He didn't want to be miz anymore, he wanted to be this Kyle fellow - a young popular athletic kid with this whole great life ahead of him, who had lots of exciting adventures. So miz began self-identifying as kyle.

This whole shit show has a huge back story to it. MOnkey randomly found this high school lacrosse player who used to come into her Panera. They briefly had casual conversations which MOnkey misunderstood for advances. Eventually her and Miz went to his high school lacrosse games where MOnkey would foam at the mouth when he would take the field. This infuriated Miz who took to the forum to vent his anger. Naturally he based his character off of this kid. Notice that MOnkey never comments in any of his posts. This eventually infuriated MOnkey who still had/has the hots for Kyle. In the mean time Eesh started commenting on the posts using Mike O'Meara Show Fan unregistered account. This allowed Eesh to flame Miz again just like the old days. Eesh then told the Northman that Miz was back in action so Northman used the unregistered WSH LAX FAGGOT screen name. Once Miz was outed in court by MOnkey none the less it was pretty obvious that his gig was up. You can even see in the later posts that Miz would comment about the court rulings, court room drama, etc. Miz suddenly stopped the antics when the family of the REAL Kyle sent him a cease and desist order fresh off the press. Miz wouldn't dare do anything to jeopardize that $1.4 million which he will never see from Eesh.

Kyle/Roy's last name isn't (that P name). I have told you many times that Kyle/Roy has no connection to the PYBR guy. He's a guy that use to go to WSHS and use to pretty much rule the school. He played lacrosse but never on the school team. He drove a Camero until he got in some legal trouble (dwi). Now be quiet and move along.

William promised Kyle and his family that he would cease the harassment. William did in fact almost stop, although he continues to make periodic public denials such as the post above. In fact there was only one "Kyle" attending WSHS and who played lacrosse in either recreational or school leagues at the time in question.
If lizzie ever returns she can perhaps elaborate on the matter and her role as she took a liking to Kyle which enraged Miz and set off the harassment campaign.
